We undertake projects across a wide variety of procurement routes, including traditional, design & build and management contracting. Whilst we continue to tender competitively in the open market for a proportion of our work, many of our clients prefer to negotiate directly with us in the early stages of their project development. This enables them to maximise the benefit of our early input, and saves time and money on lengthy tendering procedures whilst giving customers the comfort of a compliant, market comparable price.
